It’s been a busy year so far. Personally and profesionally, as I got married! The show won a Bauer Award and we were nominated at the prestigious Sony and Arquiva Awards for Best Breakfast Show.
I’ve also showcased all the latest trends at the Trafford Centre hosting their high profile fashion shows, new Celebrity store openings and Summer Rescue VIP evenings. I’ve hosted the Ladies Lunch and Butterfly Ball for Beechwood Cancer Care in Stockport and become their patron – which is a great cause I'm very privileged to be apart of. And I led the walkers through the streets of Manchester at the St Ann's Hospice Midnight Walk in June.
I raised £34,000 at the Ladies Lunch this year. This year was the 6th and the biggest and best yet, raising money for Key 103’s charity Cash4Kids. I was privileged also to be asked to host a lunch for the Elise for Life charity on behalf of The Christie at The Lowry Hotel - it was a beautiful lunch and we raised £16,000 for Melignant Melonoma research.
The date's are coming in fast for Christmas Light Switch on's in Greater Manchester for Christmas 2011 and I'm hosting the Simply Be Modelling competition.
